Soccer inlay kits

I've been looking for a soccer themed inlay kit, but with no luck. I know the subject has been broached before and someone claimed to have some, but apparently, they aren't widely available.

If you have some, please let me know how many and your asking price. Pics desired.

Inlay is HIGHLY preferred, I've not been thrilled with the label/sticker & cast versions I've seen or made.
