I was watching an episode of The Woodwrights Shop and Roy was rounding some chair legs and he was using an English shaving horse and he also called it a Bodgers bench.

I was stationed in England in the early 60's and loved it, I could speak the language. They are very creative people. I was very young when I was there and now wished I paid more attention to them.
I enjoyed the video and wish I could be that good of a wood worker.

That's one of the reasons I watch these videos. We rely so much on high speeds and a lot of us have VS. lt's cool to watch how people did or might have done in the long past.
