snow strm

I just got off the phone with friend living in Maine. He said that since early this morning the snow has been falling. It's nearly waist high and is continuing to fall.
The temperature is dropping way below zero and the north wind is creating blizzard conditions.
His wife has done nothing but look through the kitchen window and just stare.
He says that if it gets much worse, he may have to let her in but not until she finishes the driveway.

Glenn, Just sent your post to my son that lives in Minot Maine. Told him not to show his wife. He's heading out to shovel off roof now, just finished driveway with tractor. All that before 0900 hrs. Got to love the north, heading to Maine for snow sled fun in the sun. Lake Chesuncook here I come... Gary

Well, after the driveway she should do the sidewalk so you can walk out to get the mail without getting snow on your shoes.
