snake skin blanks??? Alumilite???

Hey will Alumilite be good for snke skion blanks? Or should I use PR? Can I cast using Alumilite and not use pressure, I have no pressure pot.

Already asked about the pressure pot and Alumilite. I got a NO, unless you like your clear to look like bubly champagne.....
So Im still messing with PR.

That's my next experiment...waiting for the skins to arrive. I will be using a pressure pot though.

I don't know anything about alumilite product but here we have something similar " 2 pack " I did a test on some off cut, here's the result

Left to right: Barramundi fish skin, Sea Snake skin, Rattle Snake skin

Barramundi fish skin become translucent
