I recently put in a fairly large order for pen kits with Leroy at Smitty's Pen Works (Smitty's Pen Works).

I payed for it with paypal, and was surprised to see that I received a paypal refund the next day. I thought something I bought must have been out of stock, but I got a letter from Leroy saying that he was running a special on some of the things I ordered, so he gave me the special price and refunded the difference!

I would never have known about the special. This was above and beyond expected service. I love the kits I get from him, but it is the service that keeps me coming back.

Leroy goes above and better than most services,always get what i need fast and never had anything missing in a kit which i know he probably does not have time to check the thousands of items out,and get some freebies every now and then,if u need it leroy usually can get it
 
Leroy has always answered my emails. Even when I did something wrong, he was able to figure it out, and help me out.

No complaints at all about Leroy!
