Smitty's Le Roi Beta pens

Here's a couple of pens that I just completed from Smitty's beta test. I've included a pic of the thicker barrels. I really like the change. It's not so much to increase the wieght of the pen but I do feel the extra thickness should make it a little more durable! The first pen is spalted oak and the second pen is buckeye burl.

Very nice I really like the color variation in the buckeye burl.... I've made 4 so far and I love the thicker barrel

Those blanks are gorgeous, very pretty grains and figures, they make beautiful pens. Great fit and awesome finish. Great job!
