Had a question about one of Smitty's kits that wasn't working for me. Emailed him at 7:15 on Saturday night. He responded within 45 minutes with an easy solution (which I should have read in his instructions, but I'm stubborn and seldom read instructions carefully, pictures usually tell me all I need to know). He also didn't make me feel at all stupid for asking a stupid question! I love good service. I wasn't expecting an answer til Monday!
