I am making a fountain pen for my daughter for Christmas. I have a Dayacom Jr. Emperor kit ready to turn, but my daughter is somewhat petite. I'd like to have an option for a smaller fountain pen kit, but one of higher quality than the regular kits. What are some of the high-quality fountain pen kits that would work for someone with smaller hands?

Any input you can offer is very much appreciated.

The WoodRiver Metro at Woodcraft is a slimmer smaller fountain pen kit. It is available in gold and chrome finishes. I have made a few of these and they are nice for smaller hands.

The upside of the Mistral and Leveche kits that Fred notes above is that you can easily get upgraded nibs/feeds for them from Beaufort Ink.
