Small tool rest

Somewhere, I saw that somebody on here was making small tool rests suitable for kitless pen making. I can't find that info now. Any help? I'm making my first kitless pen now, and definitely see the need.

I have a Jet mini.

Rick's the man! I just placed an order on Friday that had a few custom made pieces and he shipped them out Monday morning! He's great to work with. I'm just waiting on the mail man now.
