Slimline Center Band ??

For my first pens I purchased Woodcraft slimline sets. On the two I have completed, the center bands are a bit loose. In fact, on my first pen it actually rattles a slight bit. What is the suggested fix? CA? Epoxy? ???

I've had this problem and put two tiny drops of thin CA on the wood of the lower barrel about 180 degrees apart, then press the CB in place. I put the CA on a peice of foil or plastic and apply it to the pen with a very large needle.
