Got a shipment of Brazilian Rosewood and was fascinated by the contrast in the different blanks. I turned two for comparisons. The finish on both was accomplished by wet sanding (1500 - 12,000 grit) using walnut oil as a lubricate and putting 5 coats of Pens Plus and topping off with a wax top coat. I have to say I really love this wood, not only for pens but for guitars since the back and sides of my guitar is the same wood. For guitars it has great tonal quality. Hope your weekend is blessed.
