Slim Lines with Rose Bands - Close ups added

A friend of mine creates jewelry using beads she makes from real rose petals. I convinced her to try her hand at making a couple of center bands for slim line pens. Here are the first runs with Ash and Rosewood. We are still fine tuning the sizing, forming and shrink.

Those look great! Is there any way that you can give a close up of the bands?

Great idea and I like the color of the rose petal band.

These are a little darker than some of the jewelry I saw earlier in the Summer. She also makes beads from the leave, which are an interesting green color.

I have a block she made for me to see if I can turn the centerband. So far no success there.
