As JT shown the web site for jig. Matt Iannacci developed this mechanical angle setting tool for stave segmenting.
Quite a learning curve but one you understand the process it works very well.
From what I understand the is no longer building these jigs, happy that I have one.

Its really sad. A LOT of great products from years past seem to be discontinued these says. I have found a number of devices that I would love to have, that are no longer in production (I suspect because of the pandemic.) Guilloche or other decorative engraving jigs/attachments in particular, I've found at least three different ones that used to be on the market, all discontinued. Some vase hollowing systems have been discontinued. The Pen Wizard (Lee may bring it back, who knows when though.) etc. etc. All within the last 5 years.

Really sad... So many great and ingenious devices, probably gone forever.
