My first skull pen.
Have some perfecting to do as I made some errors, but overall I am happy with how it turned out.
My skull with red & black rose canes with some white daisy's, sanded and polished the clay (no finish added).
Hope everyone has a great labor day weekend.

Thanks, Melanie. . Was the muslin actually a buffing wheel ? . if so what speed ? .

I want to try this but sure don't want to risk ruining the polymer clay blanks.

Yes, I use a little mini bench grinder with variable speed that I changed one side to a 3 inch buffing wheel. I start around 9000 rpm with super light touches and then once I have a nice shine I'll slow it down to about 2 to 3000 and give it a good press into the pad and that gives me the really high shine finish.
