These are higher end 5.6 mm sketch pencils due to the blanks. Two tone amboyna burl and diagonal bocote; both are premium woods to me. These will sell for $60-$70 each.

Bought these kits a few years ago, casted some label. Anyway the guy didnt have the drill bit and i also didnt need one. When i decided to turn another one dressed with wood he said that the drill bit costed something like 20 euros more or less. Did you buy yours around that price if you dont mind me asking?
 
If this is the PSI deluxe sketch pencil (which it appears to be), it uses a standard 11mm drill bit. You can get it from PSI directly for about $8, or probably less from Amazon.

It is a 15/32" bit. I buy very good bits for about $25.

No it a newer kit that has a clip. It uses 15/32".
