Single tube kit?

Any idea what kit this is? The tube is 7mm and 3 9/16" long. Who makes the refill?

It looks like the old version of either PSI slimline single tube kit or the Bera/ woodcraft slimline single barrel kit

As shown in the kit, it takes the mini refill that is used in credit card pen kits.
