Simple segmented Cortona, with some spalted jatoba. The other is another try with some worthless wood on a Knurl GT. No pressure pot yet, but I have it from a very reliable source, that Santa might have one on his list for me.

that segmented one really grabs the eye even more thpan the combination resin one. Well upto your usual standard.

Hope Santa is generous and busy you some resin as well…?

Maybe you could ask for a few dyes and mica powder as well," SHY BAIRNS GET NOWT" which translates as "if you don't ask you certainly won't get"

Both are excellent, but I'm partial to the simple segmenting! 🤣 🤔 🤣

Lovely blank and the yellow and S Jatoba are a wonderful match.

Very nice!

The cortona looks especially nice, a kit I like but don't see often.
I have made and sold quite a few. The wood is nice and thick for segmenting. The only downfall, if you can even call it that, is it uses Cross refills.
