silicon--handwashing? stupid question

I know about the evils of silicon but I find that I do need to handle silicone grease and lubricant. Other than just soap and water is there a better soap or solvent? I know it is silly but I never had to deal with silicone before and turn pens.

Keep a spray bottle of 70% ISO (ALCOHOL)in your work area. Spray some in your hands, rub, then wipe on a rag.
