Sierra twist mechanism

I have a couple "twist mechanisms" from Rockler that will not allow the "refill" to go into far enough in to make it all work. Anyone have a simple solution for this? Sierra pens.

Try a new refill i had one do the same thing and i changed the rrefill and it was fine.
