Shaw Pens is officially closed as of Friday. I hope to have it up and running Monday of next week. I have fifty pens to be done next week.

I am just about done with the new kitchen. Wednesday hook up the plumbing that way I will be free to start and move the shop. 3/4 of it is going into storage the balance is going into the new shop.

Still have way too much to do before then. Have to be out be Friday the close of day.

Good Luck Alan! Hope it all goes smoothly for you.

At least smoother than mine... I just got my shop area (basement) back after 6 weeks of foundation work, installing 2 sump pumps, moving the gas meter and kitchen plumbing, new basement windows, service pannel and electrical along with removal of the front deck. Now all I have to do is put everything back, after I paint the basement floor. Ive kind of gotten used to working out of boxes. (lol)

Got the shop moved, Hope to be working by the weekend. This was a real pain. The table saw was 350 lbs, drill press 200 lbs, and the lathe 100+ lbs. My knee got a real workout and lost. Now on pain killers and ice. Tomorrow I finish lay down the kitchen floor and finish up on the plumbing. Thursday finish wiring the new shop. I have a order of twenty pens that I hope to be working on next week.

I never realized how much you collect over two years.

Glad you were able to get it all moved. That's too bad about the knee! I'm sure you'll be happy to get done with the kitchen, that's been a big project for sure!

Enjoy the turning when you get it!
