I'm not sure if this posting is in the correct forum or not, but I want to give a big thanks to Rick Herrell of Rick's Custom Tools. I've bought a number of tools from Rick over the years and every one of them has been top quality and quite frankly has made my pen-turning experience much more enjoyable and less frustrating. I sent Rick a message asking about one of the tools I purchased from him quite a while back. After he understood my questions, he offered to send me a replacement tool at no cost. It is exceedingly rare to find a person who does such outstanding work and stands by his products unconditionally. For any of you who have not "discovered" Rick's Custom Tools on the Vendor Forum, I highly recommend that you look over his offerings and treat yourself to one of his great products. Thanks again Rick for the products you offer us and the level of service you provide.
