I ordered a few things from EB Friday evening, including a couple ball bearing yoyo kits and the bushings for them. I got a message from Ed today informing me the bushings I was ordering did not match the kits I ordered and making sure that was what I wanted. I really appreciate that kind of service.

We often see problems with orders (25 years of making pens means I usually can understand what you are planning, but I won't change it without your permission!!)

This is why we ask for a phone number--sometimes I find out we got a "no such number"--in which case we ship the order as is.
No need to give us bogus info--we only want it to be able to help you!!
