Should This Much Curl Be Legal?

I got a nice sized order this week and had to make a few. One was this Curly Koa Zen. And I am wondering... Should this much curl be legal?!? :biggrin:
CA finish MM 12000, plastix polish.

I had a few pieces like that once upon a time. I even get to still see one that I made into a Cigar pen occasionally.
