As I am cleaning up my shop I keep coming across more and more stuff that just takes up space, it needs to go.

STABILIZED WOOD BLOCKS

Here is a package of stabilized wood blocks. Most are 1.5" square, some have been cut into halves, all are of a length suitable to make pens out of. Some have the species labeled, each box has some really pretty buckeye burl (this is the last of 3 boxes I had). Some randomly picked blocks are shown in the photo

A stabilized pen blank is typically around 2 oz, i.e. 8 to the pound. I filled 3 medium USPS priority boxes, each is about 15 lb (there is 1 box left now). You can calculate how much 15 lb of stabilized blanks cost you these days (appr. 120 blanks). You'd be looking at $600-1000! I'm asking $239 for each box, plus $11 USPS priority shipping within the US. Shipping to Canada runs $27. SOLD

ANTLER:

Again I have WAYYYY too much. Quite a bit of it I bought probably 15 years ago from one of our members who ran a deer farm. It's been stored indoors. I found an invoice attached to one of the old boxes - I paid over $10/lb at that time. I'm asking $5/lb - if you compare that with antler prices at our reg. suppliers you'll find it's a very good deal.

Box 1 is a mix of elk, mule deer and reindeer. Weight is nearly 11 lb. I am asking $50 plus priority postage from zip 12590, it does not fit in flatrate box SOLD

Box2 is random antler, some whole, some bought as blanks, a few pieces are drilled for cigar and 7mm. It also has a piece of moose. What's in the picture is not all that's in the box, I fit the moose and large pieces then added as much material as I could fit. The box weighs over 17 lb. I am asking $85 plus $15 priority shipping (large flatrate box, within the US) SOLD

Box 3 is large antler. Some are very solid, others have porous core and need to be filled, if making pens. Some are fat enough to make small vases out of. A piece of a moose antler is in there also. Weight is a little over 19 lb. Asking only $75 plus priority postage from zip 12590 (does not fit flatrate box)

Id be interested in a few pieces of stabilized blanks if there's a few left over. Let me know if it's possible to work something out.

I'd like K3 pen kits. Shipping to NY 13669. PM me the Pay pal total PLS. and If you have any Buckeye stabilized what do you want for a few pieces?

Would you be willing to sell a small batch of stabilized blanks ? I'm also interested in the dyed buckeye or other species

Richt now I only have the large antler left, a few kits, and a couple of pieces I had set aside for gandsande whom Ihave not heard from again. I'll PM you after the weekend if I still have those at that time. As I go through there will be more kits, and probably more wood also, but likely no more stabilized blocks (but you never know... I've discovered lots of stuff in this action, like my Delta cabinet saw!)
