Yes indeed, after +/-10 years, the bench still exudes heavy
perspiration odours...

I would miss a shop like that my self, you made an excellent work bench, I have great admiration for people that can make work furniture like that.

Ken, this bench was made about 10 years ago under the supervision of a friend of mine, a Greek furniture maker. We took one of his benches as a model and I added a lot of extras, especially the cabinets under the bench, that I made after the beast was moved from Greece to Brussels. This was an unforgetable experience even if, all this summer long, instead of the beach, I preferred the... beech... :rotfl:

Robbie, I'm far behind you but anyway, I suppose it's a pic you'll like. Of those I'm regularly using 4-5 tools. I also have +/-50 old restored moulding planes but no free walls to hang them...
