Not in a kit pen but I do have one of the Sharpie pens at the computer with that refill. It's a 0.5 and writes nicely.

I was just wondering how the ink compared to the other options. Thanks for the comment on that @Curly. I saw a review that didn't care for them, but wanted to see who else may have tried them.

Given that the pen is about 2 bucks Canadian the easiest thing to do is buy one and try it for yourself. Reviews may or may not be worth the paper they are written on but having one in hand is the best way to see what you think of it.

My guess is it would fit a rollerball pen.
