I have a wolverine jig for my grinder. How about some sharening tips. I grind my bowl gouges so that the angle is about 60-65 degrees. Does that seem right?

Put a self adhesive tape measure on the left side of the extension bar. Write the measurement on the bar on the tool. You can instantly position the bar to the same spot and grind an identical bevel on the tool. You don't grind as much metal off the tool this way and the angle remains consistent.
