What are the best all around files. The Trend look good. Are they sold in kits or separate. Please suggest a good file kit and what is your hand sharpening technique. Thanks.

I use the Trend kit and yes they are as good as advertised. There are videos on line. I use to touch up all kinds of tools including tablesaw blades.

It would have been helpful to mention it in the opening post so I didn't have to search a while to figure it out.
Can't help. Just have one and I don't remember the brand.
