Sharpening an end mill

Can anyone give me ideas/advice on sharpening an end mill? This is a piloted end mill that I use for pen body trimming sometimes.

I have seen a number of good videos on sharpening one, and they are helpful. Do a search for "sharpening a pen mill" or "sharpening a barrel trimmer". They should help you sharpen the right surfaces to protect the original mill angles. You will notice an immediate improvement in your mill.

Good advice. I also sharpen the vertical side, too.
