Shakespeare Oak Emporer

A friend went to England several years ago and I asked hin to keep an eye open for a unique piece of wood - He brought back a piece of oak from the Shakespeare Oak - the tree is estimated to be 1000 years old. A special pen was made for a customer out of it. This was a lot of fun! The piece of Oak is below also. C&C welcome.

I tried but after about an hour no more bubbles were coming out - so either my vac chamber didn't work or it was too hard to stabilize!

Beautiful pen!! Framing the wood between with the resin and black/white segments really makes it stand out!! Great job!

Very nice pen with a lot of history behind it. Complements on the wood and contrasting segments.
