Great looking chair and stained glass. I started my first chair, well, second attempt at my first chair, 2 weeks ago. Any tips? Did you bend the back or leave it straight? I have not purchased the tape for the seat yet, who did you get yours from?

I don't remember where I got the shaker tape..it was a few years back..I rarely make shaker rockers/chairs much anymore as the back posts are so long to turn..I've gone to Windsors because of the short pieces. The back was steam bent..as were the back splats..Tips, Pray & cuss and just keep keeping on..they are bears because of the angles in seat, and then drilling the posts for rails, etc at odd angles...Make about 10 of them and you'll be getting good at it..
