2 weeks ago I hitched up my trailer and drove to Chicago to help a friend of mine move the contents of a small wood working shop hehad acquired. Among the wood working machinery was this Logan Model 200 10" lathe and a small boat load of tooling and other machining items. More than just the pics below show. This was my payment for helping him move as he has no interest in metal working. With only the promise of food and fellowship, my son, 1 son-in-law, and an able bodied grandson went with me. Roughly totaled: food, fuel, and tolls; I spent $200.00-$225.00 for this lathe and everything that came with it. My friend, being a home improvement contractor and said he already had more than he needed, gave my son-in-law a really nice compound miter saw.
