Hi all, let me introduce my last Urushi fountain pen. I tried to mix different techniques: a bright and glossy red lacquer in relief, a textured black surface (stone imitation technique known as Ishime), and a discret opal incrustation (Saikiko) at both ends.

Around 30 layers (foundation,decoration and polishing) and two months work. At last completed. Bloody pen!

Pierre, I have to agree with all the previous comments....this is a stellar pen creation! I like that you included the crustation on the grip section and that the threads are a blended color.
This pen is indeed a treat to view!!
