I was offered a nice bundle for my lathe. Since I don't use it much and it's taking up space at the in-laws garage, I took the offer.

Christmas is getting closer and this will enable me to get nice gifts for the whole family and our friends.

I might get one of those mini lathes at some point, but it isn't priority.
And if I need to use a lathe, I can use it any time since it's a friend of the LOML. It would be farther to drive than the in-laws, but if I need to use it, the offer is there.

I had fun making the pens I've made and have just one more to get finished.

It worked for my needs and has a lot of accessories with it. I have no idea what they do, but he does. He said one of the chucks sells for around $500.00 new and it looks pretty new.
He called it a machinist's independent scroll chuck, I think.
Something he called a replicator. It copies parts.
And a bunch of other stuff.

I don't have enough time to use the lathe. It sits in my in-laws garage taking space and I feel bad that it's there and I don't use it. We could use the money instead.
I have only sold three pens and did one as a favor, so I guess it has run it's coarse.
I might still make pens, when I get time to do it from start to finish. I have to justify the drive to use the lathe. I have one more pen to make and then he will pick it up.
