Haven't posted for a little while, so thought I'd better show that I am still here.
This one has 19 X 12 segment rings plus the base, making 229 pieces all up.
Wall thickness is 1/4 - 5/16in.
The water dye is applied with an air-brush as the lathe is turning at it's slowest (178rpm).
The vase measures 13.75in tall and 7.75in at it's widest, it was sanded to 400 grit and after being dyed was sprayed with lacquer.

Thanks for looking and C & C welcome.

Bob:)

Simply stunning Bob! After getting to see your other vase a few weeks ago (thanks to brownsfn2), I appreciate your artistry even more - just can't beat getting to see these in person!

Be well!
