Good work - especially for your first segmented pen. The alignment is nearly perfect (I don't see any obvious misalignments, but it is likely that you do!)

Great Pen! As everyone mentions, you have nice clean crisp lines, and perfect indexing of each layer/segment to create the spiral look. The wood combination is great as well - the woods have contrast (light to dark), but the colors also complement each other. Lastly, I like your choice of a satin finish for the pen. No reflection glare to take away from the segmenting. Thanks for sharing!

Superb. Not a glue line in sight, and a fantastic choice of contrasting woods. Throw in a little lignum vitae and it would look downright Rastafarian.
