Segmented Corian

Here's my latest segmented pen.Hope you guys are not getting tired of seeing them. It's made from the corian samples that I bought on the net.

Here's a close up of the lower barrel.

Very nice! The corian sections are much prettier than the corian I remember, and I like the way you put it together--quite Picasso-like indeed!

I like that pen. Really nice job holding it all together while you drilled. I tried something like that and it came apart while I was drilling it!

Thanks for the compliments.
I guess it does look a little like a Picasso, maybe from his blue period Eric .
George, when I finished putting the the blank together I had the same thoughts.
Didn't have a lot of trouble with the drilling Mike. I took it real slow.
A good tip is to make sure the area around your lathe is swept clean, makes it easier to find stray parts trust me :redface:
