Your segmented bullet pens are really nice looking -- something for me to file away as a future project. I am not a big fan of the bullet pen kits, and I think the main reason is that I jsut do not liek the clips that are rifles, although they could be replaced.
Thanks for he inspiration to try a different approach to a bullet pen.
Ironically, I just bought the little mini saw you from Harbor Freight a few days ago, which you mentioned in one of your posts. I thought it would be a good tool for cutting brass tubing. I had gone to Harbor Freight to buy an arbor press, and noticed the mini saw on sale. BTW, for those that are not happy with their current method of assembling pens, an arbor press is a nice way to go. I added a small disc of UHMW (polyethylene) to the ram, and use UHMW for the base, although I need to fashion an additional base to accomodate long assemblies.
