Not sure if this will help - from PSI kits - might be some similarities in the assembly process ( or not ).
Fro PSI Instruction Library --- http://www.psiwoodworking.com/MARK_LIB.php

PSI Classic Filigree Pen

Legacy Euro Filigree which is a round top version

European Filigree- different supplier in UK

OLD forum thread on them:

I think I may have these. Will try to remember when I get home from work to look.
There are so many squinks of differences in Filigree Pens, the tricky part I find with these and so as not to stuff it up is the depth of the part that links the top and the winder since it is critical, about 14 pieces in this kit. any help from you all will be appreciated. Before I retired some 25 years ago management told me over 60 brings uncertainty, now nealy 90 it can be chaos.

Peter; There is an Internet archive that saves all web pages. archive.org (aka Way-Back-Machine) Who gets the reference?

You can search for a website domain name there and display pages from specific dates. So if you know the seller and website name, you can locate the instructions. PK looks like a Penn State Industries pen.

Have you been able to match up the parts in your kit with either the PSI or the Berea instructions that jjjawoski linked above?

That style of pen kit was a popular variant on the "Parker Ballpoint Pen" in the early to mid 2000s. PSI called theirs the Classic & Berea called theirs the American. Both offered a flat top version, with and without a filigree sleeve.

I don't think that the BPK05 kit number is either a PSI or a Berea part number. It might be a similar kit by another manufacturer or a supplier's own part number.

Surprisingly I found them. These are 20+ years old.

Thanks, Paul - I can tell from the 77B52 that it appears to be a Woodcraft kit. I found a photo of the pen and a 2003 version of their instructions in pdf format on the Wayback Machine. Probably not the exact kit that Peter has, but at least now we have 3 sets of instructions for these kits. Hopefully they will do the job for him.

All 3 are being added to the Bushings & Tubes app database.
