And there it is turned and polished. It went WAY better than the first one did, and took less blood, sweat and tears. I think what I did here was a Euro, but I'm not sure. I know I like how it turned out, though. If it weren't for the demo Brooks did, the first one wouldn't have been salvageable, and this would have been worse than the first one.

It looks great Allan! You did good. The Euro is a little different than that typically, but what you have is very nice in it's own right. Now, get a chamfering tool so you can get rid of the little gap in between the barrels.
 
WOW, I really like that cast. As with most, you never know what the finished product will be, but I had no clue that was hiding in that grey block.
 
Nice pen. Is that dome shaped shadow at the bottom of the picture the top of your head?:laugh: You've been on a tear with these acrylics; didn't you hear the theme to this years PITH is WOOD!!???

No worries! And it'll get worse now that I can cast my own resins. And that shadow probably IS my head. Door was open to let air flow through the house.
