Don't order anything from Sears.com if you live in Canada, I have just gone through one of the most frustrating days of my live when it comes to refunds.
I placed and order on June 6th and after a month I called to inquire about my order, only to find out they were out of stock and have no date as to when they would be in and if I would like a refund they will do that right now. It was paid through Paypal and they said it should be back in my account in 5 business days. Gave them a month and still nothing. So today I have spent over 3 hours on the phone being shuffled back and forth between Sears Canada and Sears US finally this afternoon got someone with a brain and dug into the order and was telling me what she found and she said OMG it looks like the gal I 1st spoke with back in July had put the money back on Paypals American Express card. Said she will have to transfer me to her supervisor and she will give me some specific instructions. With one push of a button she cut me off, well I just about lost it; I had been in a queue for over 2 hours and said I will never get that far in a million years by phoning back.
Well this afternoon went through the same thing with back and for from US and Canada and finally got someone with some smarts, and said oh this is easy you just send an email to the sears international address and your done. Yep you got if I only had a gun I would have shot it right down the phone line. LOL
Well I have sent an email so I guess I will wait another month and see what happens.

I had a similar experience in the US last Christmas. It was a 4 month process. Finally got it done. I can guarantee it will never happen again.
