Anyone know if this is a good chuck or should i pay extra for a barracuda? Want to start turning some larger things on my jet mini and don't know anything about these.http://www.pennstateind.com/store/CUG3418C.html

Barracuda 2 chucks are really good for the money.

Go for the Barracuda and get the cole jaws to go with it. You'll find the extra jaws a better deal in the long one. Also check it out on Amazon, they often sell PSI products cheaper than the PSI website and frequently have free shipping.
