I've joined the Old Crocs Union!!!!

I have recovered well from my NPH brain drain and was ready to rock and rumble when smitten with sciatica.

several visits to the chiro and some remedial massage has helped immensely
but I have to avoid lifting and any heavy duty activity for a while yet.

I am frustrated to say the least!!!

I had that and it only took about 4-6 days before I was better enough to be lifting. But, I did play it safe for those days to avoid ruining the progress the chiropractor was making (6-8 sessions over a 3 weeks period). That was a few years ago... now all the physical aches and pains all blend into one and I figure... well, that's life.

Get well quickly!

Ain't gettin old fun. My doc took a look at my lumbar MRI and said "wow, that sucks." Got to love those technical medical terms.

Don't let yourself stand too long in one spot, especially on concrete.

To be such a low effort, low movement hobby, there certainly are a lot of ailments than can suspend our fun. I guess we shouldn't take any pen for granted. Hope you are back in business soon Art.
