I have just come up with a way of sanding pen ends using the pen mandrell. Glue a disc with a 1/4 hole in center of 240 grit(grit facing pen) to the morse taper. Slide a disc grit of choice (I used 120) cloth backed worked fine for me, then slide on your pen to sand the ends.

You mention 240 grit then you say 120 grit. Which is the TRUE GRIT?

I hope Kbs that, the tunnel was built with side safety refuge areas, otherwise you may have troubles...!!!:wink::biggrin:

And sorry to inform you that idea has been around for a while, just look in here by scrolling down to the middle of the page where the video called, "How to Make CA Glue Removal Tool" shows, and have a look at it...!

Don'y worry, it will be your turn some day...!!!

Cheers

In regards to "making a CA removal tool" I found a drill bit the right size and sprayed with Inox works well, WD40 should work also. The standard pen mill does'nt quite clean out as it should or may be I put to much CA in it.
