Hi all,
Finally joined up, after convincing myself, what the Hey, join another forum site.
I have been turning pens and assorted whatnots for about a year now.
Currently some of my pens are in an Art show being held by the National Art Program, and the City of Wilmington(which I work for).
I have an online album of what I have turned, if you feel inclined to visit it, click over to http://picasaweb.google.com/rickstef/TurnedPensAndOthers
I also have been turning bigger stuff, couple of bowls, those are drying in my dad's workshop.
I have taken a class from Nick Cook at Arrowmont in Gatlinburg Tennessee this August.
And as standing order from my mother, I was to photograph all the bowls and other turnings which were on display, if you feel the need to take a goose(gander), visit http://picasaweb.google.com/rickstef/ArrowmontWoodShopGallery
I need to finish editing the captions to the pictures.
I hope to learn/glean/absorb some of the collective wisdom assembled here.
Rick
