Not that anyone here knows her are really much about me for that matter (my fault). But we got word today that my wife has officially been taken off the kidney transplant list today after about 3.5 years, citing her countinuing poor health. At a loss as to what to do now. Sorry just had to vent a little.

Val, I have learned that all things happen for a reason. Today when I was making deliveries in Fort Worth, I was at this Christian school, and on the way out the door there was this little 2' x 2' sign that read "For Everything, Give Thanks." It really made me think. I guess my point is, God has a reason for everything, make sure you thank him for even the things that are the hardest to deal with.

You and your wife will be in my prayers also!

Val, words can't express what you are dealing with. I was on the kidney transplant list for a little over 4 years. During that time I was taken off once due to some health concerns. After some tests they learned there was some bad information with the original test. I will pray that this is the case for your wife. I truly understand what she has had to deal with being on dialysis. Prayers will be with you and your wife.

I'm so sorry to hear your news. Let your wife know she will be in my prayers as well as your whole family.

Sorry to hear the news Val. You and yours are in our prayers and know that no matter the outcome Our Father knows, even if we cant understand.

Hello Val. We may not know each other but we are all Gods children and bothers and sisters in his eyes. So keep your head up my brother and we will keep you and your wife in our prayers.
God Bless!!

Try really hard not to focus on the negative but try to find the positive in the situation. I am sure that is very hard right now, but God is in control and as long as your trust is in him His will is the best option.

I will keep you and your wife in my prayers. That is not an idle promise. I believe in prayer and I will pray!!

Thanks to all for the kinds words and prayers. It brightens my heart to know there are so many caring people in this world! THANKS!

Val feel free to vent here anytime. The people of IAP are the greatest. I'll keep you and your wife in my thoughts and prayers.
