Roughed out Walnut bowl

This is a blank I roughed out last night. I think it has some great colors in it. I have it in a DNA bath right now. I hope to have it ready to finish in a few weeks.

What is this DNA process you speak of? Does the alcohol pull out the moisture?

What is this DNA process you speak of? Does the alcohol pull out the moisture?

A soak in DNA(Denatured Alcohol) will pull out the moisture faster and you will be able to finish turning it in a few weeks instead of several months.It helps alot when your wanting to finish a project.
