Hi all,
Sharing with you the pictures of an order for a customer from U.S.
Also, my new sleeve design, bigger bird and embossed instead of laser.
Nice weekend all,
Teo

Very beautiful pens !!!!

I assume you finish with CA.

But how do you get the threads to look so shiny ?

Well, you need to prepare the tenons like for final finish and I use a lot of oil during threading. After threading, I use 2500 grit paper to smooth the edges , in the end I make a round on polishing wheel.

How did you thread the nib section? Did you use a resin/ebonite insert or did you thread the wood directly?
The material is Ebonite, it has the rosewood pattern.
The threads are not done on the pen barrel but, it's a separate part that is glued to barrel.
