Nice pens Joel! I have some of that awesome bocote - haven't turned it yet though, as I only have slimline kits right now. I don't want to use them on a slim

Fred, I ran into the typical tear-out when turning it round, but nothing serious. Sharp tools and high speed and light cuts. I did have to sand a bit more than normal, but didn't run into any bad problems.
