Rollerball

While making a pen for a customer the threads on the barrel broke. I tossed it aside and remade the barrel.

Today, I decided to see what could be done with the barrel. I cut the threads off the body, glued on a piece of black acrylic acetate, drilled and threaded it. I decided I would try to make myself a rollerball to use daily at my desk.

I fashioned the section after a kit section I had.
Do a good turn daily!

Yes, I am exactly the same way. I do have to admit, though, that some of my plan B pens have surprised me in how well they came out when I took advantage of those "opportunities".
